April Newsletter 2017

As the weather is getting colder, the gym is heating up! A special welcome to all our new members we have gained over the past two weeks, your support is always appreciated.

You may have noticed we have gained a significant amount of new, exciting equipment! A special thanks to the Rata Foundation who have sponsored the new range. This helps us to provide all members with new, motivating additions to classes and to inspire new workouts. Below is some of the new equipment, definitely check out the battle ropes for a totally new cardio/muscle burn.

The introduction of our two new classes, over 50s circuit and the Warrior fitness class are proving to be popular. Well done to those who are taking part, we are very impressed with the range of people of all fitness levels attending. A special mention to the over 50s class, lots of laughter and fun while getting a great workout! Metafit is also back and better than ever. Fresh new workouts designed to test all fitness levels. Due to the time pressure, Metafit will just be offering one class Thursdays at 6am.

Class timetable

Warrior fitness: 6am Wednesday

Metafit: 6am Thursday

Over 50s circuit: 10am Thursday

Sit and be fit: 10am Friday

** We are running a special promotion for our class concession cards. If you buy a 5 class card ($25 for members, $50 for non-members), you get an extra class free thanks to the Rata Foundation. **

Kaye Campbell (Naturopath) will be joining us again monthly and has a few spare appointments. Kaye offers a range of services, from anyone wanting help with health issues, dietary advice to allergy/muscle testing. If you are interested please contact Kaye through her website

Updated winter office hours are as follows:

Monday- Thursday: 9-1pm 4-6pm

Friday 9-1pm

Extra afternoon hours maybe added around Easter due to increased demand

In these hours feel free to pop in to get a personalised training program update your current program.

Please be vigilant of the signs around the gym, these rules are key to keeping everyone happy!
