High intensity weights with a twist

Based on the original BodyPump class, we utilize barbells and free weights combined with the best music to give you a total body burn!

METAFIT BODY WEIGHT TRAINING

The 30 minute class that lasts 24 hours

Challenge your limits with maximum effort for 30 minutes! With our Metafit Coach Sueann always featuring new workouts with fresh moves you will never be bored with a class.

METAPWR

Challenge your limits

Join us for a full-on 20-30minute high intensity weighted circuit.  A variation of the popular metafit where we utilise equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes and power bags as well as cardio moves for an all-inclusive session.

SIT AND BE FIT

Healthy ageing in a fun environment!

A class for older adults to gain exercise from gentle movements. Our supportive instructors encourage not only ageing well, but also feeling good while you do it!

A new addition to our gym! A fun class for over 65s to get your body moving with fun dance moves to music.
